New York Penn Station

Beginning at the start of service on Saturday, November 23, and continuing until the end of service on Sunday, November 24, buses will replace trains between Bay Head and Long Branch to support necessary bridge repairs in Brielle. 

A complete busing schedule will be available during the week of November 11, 2024.

On Saturday, November 16, for the entire service day (From 6AM on Saturday until 2:30AM on Sunday, November 17), Raritan Valley Line trains will be replaced by NJ TRANSIT buses between Cranford and Newark to support Conrail track upgrades.

Effective Tuesday, September 3, and continuing until approximately Friday, November 15, a portion of the NJ TRANSIT waiting room at Penn Station New York will be closed due to renovations.

During this time, customers may continue to utilize the available open seating in this area. More seats are available in the waiting room area (Rotunda) on the 8th Avenue side of the station.
