Exchange Place Station

On Saturday, December 7th, and Sunday, December 8th, from 6AM until 6PM both days, schedule adjustments will occur due to construction along the Hudson-Bergen Light Rail. 

Boarding Changes:

On Saturday, December 7 and Sunday, December 8, from 6AM until 6PM Track B1 will be out of service between 34th Street and Richard Street stations. All trains will be arriving and departing on Track B2 at 45th Street, Danforth Avenue, and Richard Street stations. 

On Saturday, December 7 ONLY, from 6AM until 6PM, Track R1 will be out of service between Bergenline and Tonnelle Avenue stations. All trains will be arriving and departing on Track R2 at Tonnelle Avenue Station. 

 

Departure Times on Saturday & Sunday:

Northbound Departures (in minutes after the hour):

  • 8th Street to Hoboken Terminal - :07, :27, :47

  • West Side Avenue to Tonnelle Avenue - :08, :28, :48

Southbound Departures (in minutes after the hour):

  • Tonnelle Avenue to West Side Avenue - :16, :36, :56

  • Hoboken Terminal to 8th Street - :05, :25, :45

After 6PM on both days, normal weekend revenue service will resume.

Please allow for extra travel time, check the destination sign prior to boarding, and listen for station announcements.

Exchange Place Station

Beginning approximately Thursday, January 30 and continuing until Tuesday, February 25, 2025, the PATH area of Hoboken Terminal will be closed due to renovation work. NJ TRANSIT services to and from Hoboken Terminal will operate as scheduled with some enhancements; however, NJ TRANSIT bus and light rail are unable to fully accommodate all the daily Hoboken PATH Ridership.

Customers can expect delays, congestion, and/or crowding conditions during travel at this time. PATH customers are encouraged to view all alternate service options provided by PATH, including ferry service and increased PATH trains at Newport and Exchange Place stations, by clicking HERE
