On Saturday, August 31, NJ TRANSIT will offer River LINE light rail service to/from Freedom Mortgage Pavilion for the Jason Aldean concert. 

NJ TRANSIT plans to operate additional River LINE service at the conclusion of the concert on a load-and-go basis. The additional service will make all stops between the Freedom Mortgage Pavilion and Trenton Transit Center. 

This concert is scheduled to start at 7:30PM, and the gates will open at 5:30PM. For more information about the concert, visit Freedom Mortgage Pavilion: Parking, Amenities, Frequently Asked Questions. 

Important Note: River LINE light rail system operates as a “proof-of-payment” fare collection system. The policy requires that all customers have a validated ticket before boarding the light rail, and retain their ticket until they leave the station area at their final destination. Customers should be prepared to show a valid ticket or a monthly pass to a Fare Enforcement Officer when requested. If the customer does not have a valid ticket, they will be subject to fines of up to $100. For more information on River LINE ticketing, visit https://www.njtransit.com/tickets/light-rail-tickets.

Delanco Station

Beginning on Monday, August 12, 2024, the River LINE will operate weekday service every 30 minutes from all stations throughout the service day with supplemental bus services operated by Academy Bus Company during weekday morning and peak periods at the following six stations only:

  • Trenton Transit Center: Barlow Street and Clinton Avenue (MyBus #22585)
  • Florence: In the parking lot (MyBus #32392)
  • Burlington Towne Centre: Broad and High streets (MyBus #14186 northbound and MyBus #31132 southbound)
  • Riverside: Franklin and Kossuth streets (MyBus #32369)
  • Palmyra: Station drop-off area
  • Walter Rand Transportation Center: Access Road behind Light Rail Station off Dr. Martin Luther King Boulevard, next to Dollar General (MyBus #15034)

Note: The buses will stop at only the stations listed above and will not serve intermediate stations. Customers with an origin or destination of a station not served by a bus, will be accommodated by the next light rail train.
