Hamilton Station: Westbound Escalator Out of Service for Long-Term Upgrade Work - Effective Immediately

Effective immediately and continuing until further notice, Escalator No. 4, one of the escalators serving the Westbound Platform (toward Trenton side) at Hamilton Station is temporarily out of service for a long-term upgrade and enhancement project.

During this time, customers may use the nearby elevator or stairs to access the pedestrian tunnel to the platforms.

Station Navigation Notes:

  • If you require accessible services, please check the Elevator Status page before starting your trip.
  • Note that adjacent Escalator No. 3 may be briefly taken out of service for maintenance during this project. 
  • For your safety, please follow posted signage, do not travel through barricaded areas and do not use closed escalators as stairs.

Please allow for extra time to navigate the station and board your train.
