NJ TRANSIT has formally launched its social media presence to further enhance the distribution of information you want when you want it. You can now access NJ TRANSIT through Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube. While we make every effort to respond to relevant questions, concerns, or comments posted on our social media channels, we recommend that you contact our Customer Service team directly with critical or time-sensitive issues. NJ TRANSIT also has 13 automatic feeds of My Transit alerts and advisories for each rail, light rail and North/South bus lines. These automatic feeds are not monitored.
My Transit alerts and advisories are continually updated throughout the day, every day of the year, keeping you informed about everything from elevator outages and stairway closures, to bus detours and train delays. Twitter feeds will be updated simultaneously with njtransit.com.
