Bus Detour for No. 409 in Trenton – Saturday, April 19, 2025

Effective Saturday, April 19, from 11:30AM until 8:30PM, East State Street will be closed between South Clinton and South Warren streets due to a Block Party. 

During this time, NJ TRANSIT Bus Route No. 409 will operate on a detour as follows:

  • Buses traveling toward Camden will travel from South Clinton Avenue and East State Street, continue on South Clinton Avenue, left on Perry Street, left on Warren Street, continue Warren Street, and then continue the regular route.   
  • Buses traveling toward Trenton Transit Center will travel from South Broad and East Front streets, continue on South Broad Street, make a right on Perry Street, right on North Clinton Avenue, left on East State Street, and then continue the regular route.   

Bus stops may be lost, and minor delays are expected during this detour. Please read the above detour directions carefully and allow for extra travel time.
