Bus Detour for Nos. 313 & 315 in Lower Township – Effective Immediately

Effective immediately and continuing until Monday, February 3, Route 9 will be closed between Breakwater and Seashore roads due to a pipe replacement. 

During this time, NJ TRANSIT Bus Route Nos. 313 and 315 will operate on a detour as follows:

  • Buses traveling toward Philadelphia  will travel from Route 109 and Garden State Parkway, continue on Route 109 to Sandman Boulevard, make a right on Bayshore Road, bear left toward Breakwater Road, make a right on Breakwater Road, and continue onto Hornet Road, and then continue the regular route.  
  • Buses traveling toward Cape May will travel from Breakwater and Hornet roads, make a right on Breakwater Road, make a left on Bayshore Road, continue onto Sandman Boulevard, continue onto Route 109, continue onto Garden State Parkway, and then continue the regular route.  

Bus stops may be lost, and minor delays are expected during this detour. Please read the above detour directions carefully and allow for extra travel time.
