Bus Detour for No. 66 in Union – Effective Immediately
Effective immediately and continuing until Monday, December 23 at 11:59PM, Morris Avenue will be closed between Burke Parkway and Salem Road due to a water main break.
During this time, NJ TRANSIT Bus Route No. 66 will operate on a detour as follows:
- Buses traveling toward Newark will travel from Morris Avenue and Burke Parkway, make a right on Burke Parkway, continue onto Selfmaster Parkway, left on Colonial Avenue, right on Morris Avenue, and then continue the regular route.
- Buses traveling toward Mountainside/UCC will travel from Salem and Vauxhall roads, make a right on Vauxhall Road, left on Coolidge Avenue, right on Morris Avenue, and then continue the regular route.
Bus stops may be lost, and minor delays are expected during this detour. Please read the above detour directions carefully and allow for extra travel time.
