NEC, NJCL & Midtown Direct: Delays due to Track Work – Effective Friday, January 31, 2025

Beginning Friday, January 31, and continuing on weekends from 10PM on Friday until 5AM on Monday through Monday, March 3, Northeast Corridor, North Jersey Coast Line, and Midtown Direct trains may be subject to delays of up to 20 minutes in each direction due to infrastructure improvements between Newark and New York. 

TRAINS TO NEW YORK

  • Trains may be delayed at Secaucus and New York Penn stations.

TRAINS FROM NEW YORK

  • Trains may be delayed at all stops between Newark and their final destination, including Dover, Long Branch, Trenton, and Rahway.
    • NOTE: North Jersey Coast Line shuttle trains to Bay Head may also be delayed during this time.
