Bus Detour for No. 453 in Camden - Effective Immediately

Effective immediately until Friday, November 1, from 8AM to 8PM, Carl Miller Boulevard will be closed between 9th Street and Black Horse Pike due to gas line work. 

During this time, NJ TRANSIT Bus Route No. 453 in Camden will operate on a detour as follows:

  • Buses traveling toward Camden will travel from Ferry Avenue and Black Horse Pike, continue on Ferry Avenue, make a right on 8th Street, left on Carl Miller Boulevard, and then continue the regular route.
  • Buses traveling toward the Ferry Ave PATCO will travel from Carl Miller Boulevard and 9th Street, make a right on 9th Street, left on Ferry Street, continue on Ferry Street, and then continue the regular route.  

Bus stops may be lost, and minor delays are expected during this detour. Please read the above detour directions carefully and allow for extra travel time.
