Bus Detour for No. 41 in Orange - Effective Immediately

Effective immediately until Thursday, October 31, from 6AM to 5PM, Scotland Road will be closed between Main Street and White Street for a gas line replacement. 

During this time, NJ TRANSIT Bus Route No. 41 in Orange will operate on a detour as follows:

  • Buses traveling toward Newark will travel from Main Street and North Essex Avenue, make a right on North Essex Avenue, left on White Street, right on Scotland Road, and then continue the regular route.
  • Buses traveling toward Orange will travel from Scotland Road and White Street, make a left on White Street, right on Cleveland Street, left on Main Street, and then continue the regular route.  

Bus stops may be lost, and minor delays are expected during this detour. Please read the above detour directions carefully and allow for extra travel time.
