Bus Detour for No. 137 in Lakewood - Effective Immediately

Effective immediately until Tuesday, October 29, from 5AM to 7PM, Route 526 (Lanes Mill Road) will be closed between Joe Parker Road and Route 549 (Lanes Mill Road) due to drainage repairs. 

During this time, NJ TRANSIT Bus Route No. 137 in Lakewood will operate on a detour as follows:

• Buses traveling toward New York (PABT) will travel from Route 526/Lanes Mill Road and Joe Parker Road, make a right on Joe Parker Road, continue on Joe Parker Road, left on Route 549 North/Lanes Mill Road, and then continue the regular route.
• Buses traveling toward Lakewood will travel from Route 526/Lanes Mill Road and Route 549 South/Lanes Mill Road, continue on Route 549 South/Lanes Mill Road, make a right on Joe Parker Road, continue on Joe Parker Road, left on Route 526/Lanes Mill Road, and then continue the regular route.  

Bus stops may be lost, and minor delays are expected during this detour. Please read the above detour directions carefully and allow for extra travel time.
