STATEMENT ON PASSING OF ARTHUR IMPERATORE SR.

Newark, NJ ā€“ NJ TRANSIT President & CEO Kevin Corbett issued the following statement.

ā€œAll of us at NJ TRANSIT mourn the loss of Arthur Imperatore Sr., a true pioneer in the transportation industry and a great friend to mass transit. His unparalleled vision allowed him to build NY Waterway into an integral part of the region's transportation network. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family and loved ones at this difficult time.
