NEWARK, NJ — NJ TRANSIT is offering several promotional discounts beginning today and running through the end of April to help customers spring back into blue skies and warm weather – and on to public transit! Both new and returning customers can save on Spring travel by using various promotional codes in the NJ TRANSIT mobile app, including an invitation for a free ride for new customers to “Try NJT.” There is also a fantastic offer to bring a friend along with a “Buy One, Get One Free” deal--where customers can get a free trip with the purchase of a round-trip ticket, and finally, NJ TRANSIT will be extending its “Family SuperSaver” deal for the entire promotional period, allowing up to two children 11 and younger to travel free with each-fare paying adult.
