NO SERVICE ON GLADSTONE BRANCH DUE TO ONGOING INSPECTIONS

NJ TRANSIT Rail Tickets Cross-Honored on Lakeland buses, NJT Rail and Bus Lines

NEWARK, NJ — NJ TRANSIT’s Gladstone Branch rail service along the Morris & Essex Lines remains suspended for the morning rush on Wednesday, October 4 until further notice due to ongoing inspections which need to be performed during daylight hours.

NJ TRANSIT rail tickets and passes are being cross-honored on Lakeland buses to the Port Authority Bus Terminal. Note that there will be limited seats available on the buses.

Customers may also drive to Bridgewater or Somerville to board Raritan Valley Line trains; or drive to Newark Penn Station to board trains to Penn Station New York.

NJ TRANSIT Gladstone passes and tickets will be cross honored on all NJ TRANSIT Rail Lines and Bus Lines. Customers should check njtransit.com for updated information.
