NJ TRANSIT TAKES YOU TO RUTGERS UNIVERSITY BASKETBALL HOME GAMES

NEWARK, NJ, December 4, 2002 – NJ TRANSIT customers can save $4 on admission to all Rutgers University Basketball home games this season. The discount is valid for both the men’s and women’s home basketball games and tickets are currently on sale through March 4, 2003.

Coupons will be available at NJ TRANSIT rail ticket offices, customer service and on the internet. To receive a discount, NJ TRANSIT customers must present a promotional coupon along with their NJ TRANSIT bus, rail or light rail pass or transportation receipt at the Rutgers Ticket Office in advance, on game day or mail a copy to:

Some restrictions apply and there is a limit of four tickets per customer order. This discount cannot be combined with any other offer and is not valid on previously purchased tickets. No phone orders will be accepted.

NJ TRANSIT also offers a Weekend Family Super Saver Fare for those travelling to the event. The Super Saver Fare allows two children 11 and under to travel free with each fare paying adult. Senior citizen and round trip excursion tickets will be valid without restriction throughout the weekends and on holidays.
