NEWARK, NJ — NJ TRANSIT is hosting another round of “We Are Listening” forums next week at three key locations to give customers the opportunity to interact with senior management and operations personnel.

The forums are scheduled as follows:

  • Tuesday, June 19:  4:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. at Port Authority Bus Terminal
(South Wing, 1st floor, between Radio Shack & Casa Java)

  • Wednesday, June 20:  4:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. at New York Penn Station
    (7th Avenue Lower Level Concourse)

  • Thursday, June 21:  4 p.m. – 6 p.m. at Hoboken Terminal
(in front of NJ TRANSIT’s Main Waiting Room)

NJ TRANSIT has been conducting the forums to enable customers to speak directly to NJ TRANSIT general managers of operations and senior level staff.  Customers are encouraged to stop by with any questions they may have and to offer any feedback about their commuting experiences.

Customer feedback gathered through the forums, as well as through quarterly customer surveys, is an important part of NJ TRANSIT’s “Scorecard” initiative to provide the public with a clear measurement of how the corporation is performing.  The feedback is being used to target specific improvements in order to boost customer satisfaction.
