NJ TRANSIT RESUMES REGULAR RAIL SERVICE ON PASCACK VALLEY LINE

NEWARK NJ – NJ TRANSIT announced today the resumption of midday and weekend rail service on the Pascack Valley Line (PVL) beginning on Sunday, August 25th. The resumption of service follows the on-schedule and on-budget completion of repairs to grade crossings and various maintenance projects.
Service on the PVL will operate the schedule that was in place prior to construction with no changes. The schedule is available online at https://www.njtransit.com/pdf/rail/R0010.pdf. When rail service resumes, all substitute bus service and ticket cross-honoring will end.
