NJ TRANSIT TO HOST CUSTOMER FORUMS IN HOBOKEN AND NEW YORK
May 14, 2019
NEWARK, NJ — In advance of upcoming Amtrak track work at Penn Station New York this summer and resulting service adjustments, NJ TRANSIT is inviting customers to interact with senior management and operations personnel at the latest “We Are Listening” forums at Hoboken Terminal on Wednesday, May 15th from 4:30-6:30 p.m. and Penn Station New York Thursday, May 16th from 4:30-6:30 p.m.
NJ TRANSIT conducts the forums to give customers the opportunity to speak directly to NJ TRANSIT’s Executive Director, general managers of operations and senior level staff. Customers are encouraged to stop by with any questions they may have and offer any feedback about their commuting experience.
Customer feedback gathered through the forums, as well as through customer surveys, is an important part of NJ TRANSIT’s “Scorecard” initiative to provide the public with a clear measurement of how the corporation is performing. The feedback is used to target specific improvements in order to boost customer satisfaction.
