Kiabi D. Carson

Kiabi D. Carson is a lifelong New Jersey resident and has been a regular NJ TRANSIT commuter for the last 19 years.   

She holds the position of Head of Human Resources for the Americas region at Turner & Townsend. Turner & Townsend is a global professional services company specializing in large scale construction projects and programs across infrastructure, real estate, and natural resources. In her role, Kiabi is responsible for setting HR strategy and is accountable for all functions within HR across the United States and Canada. 

Before joining Turner & Townsend in 2012, Kiabi held HR leadership roles at Bristol Myers-Squibb and at Prudential Financial.  Kiabi has over 25 years of experience in human resource management delivering strategic outcomes for private and publicly traded companies, both mid-sized and large scale, in several industries.

Kiabi received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Maryland, College Park and her Master of Human Resource Management degree from Rutgers’ School of Management and Labor Relations.
