LIGHT RAIL

Based on recent customer feedback and observations from our Hudson-Bergen Light Rail (HBLR) operations team, NJ TRANSIT is reallocating previously underutilized HBLR shuttle resources. This adjustment is intended to enhance capacity and better serve customers between Tonnelle Avenue, Bayonne, and Exchange Place, where the highest crowding levels have been observed. We will continue to actively monitor traffic patterns and make further adjustments as needed. An NJ TRANSIT ticket is required for travel on HBLR trains.
