New Brunswick: Help Us Improve Your Commute – Participate in Our On-Board Travel Survey! – Effective Friday, November 1, 2024
NJ TRANSIT customers, we want to hear from you! As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance your transit experience, we are conducting an on-board travel survey in New Brunswick and would greatly appreciate your input.
From November 1 to November 27, surveyors will distribute surveys onboard our buses, Bus Route Nos. 810, 811, 814, 815, and 818. Your feedback will help us improve service efficiency, route planning, and overall rider satisfaction.
If you see our survey team on your bus, please take a few minutes to complete the survey when you ride. Your participation directly contributes to better, more reliable transit for everyone.
