CANDIDATE OUTREACH

The NJ TRANSIT Candidate Outreach Team builds strong, strategic partnerships with outside organizations to help establish recruiting pipelines that support the Talent Acquisition Department’s hiring needs and elevate NJ TRANSIT’s brand as an employer of choice.

WHO ARE NJ TRANSIT’S PARTNERS?

  • Military Organizations supporting Active/Veteran Service Members and their Families
  • Workforce Development Boards and Nonprofit Organizations

WHAT ARE OUTREACH EVENTS AND HOW DO I ATTEND?

The Outreach Team coordinates NJ TRANSIT representation at career days, job fairs, and information sessions (virtually or in-person). Events may be exclusive to partners and their clients or open to the public.
