REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS Rahway Station Retail Concession / Office Space

NJ TRANSIT is seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced and financially sound individuals or businesses to operate a retail establishment that will serve the needs of commuters and the traveling public at Rahway Station.

Rahway Station sees approximately 2,200 weekday riders from NJ TRANSIT’s commuter rail lines, offering a prime location for a high-visibility business. Approximately 350 sq. ft. is available for lease, conveniently located at street level in the station plaza at the corner of East Milton Avenue and Irving Street.

Lessee selection will be based on proposals submitted in response to an official Request for Proposal (RFP) package, which will be issued to those who express interest.

Deadline to submit an Expression of Interest: May 15, 2025.
