REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS Trenton Transit Center - Space F

NJ TRANSIT is interested in receiving Expressions of Interest from experienced, financially sound individuals or entities to operate a retail food concession at Trenton Transit Center.

Trenton Transit Center is a primary transportation station attracting passengers from NJ TRANSIT commuter rail lines, Amtrak, SEPTA and additional passengers from Light Rail, as well as NJ TRANSIT buses with service to points throughout Trenton and the State of New Jersey.  The successful proposer will join other reputable retail tenants such as Faber Newsstands, Dunkin Donuts and Auntie Anne’s Pretzels.

Available for bid is a space comprising of 3,000 square feet, most recently occupied by McDonald’s. The space is located adjacent to the main entrance and ticket offices. It also uniquely offers street visibility from S. Clinton Avenue and is accessible from outside of the Station.

Selection of a Lessee will be based upon review of proposals submitted to NJ TRANSIT in response to a Request for Proposal package issued to parties submitting an Expression of Interest.
