SEASONAL RAIL SERVICE TO MONMOUTH PARK KICKS OFF MAY 11th

Save up to $6.50 With a Monmouth Park Package on Live Racing Days Through September 15th

NEWARK, NJ — It’s off to the races with NJ TRANSIT this summer! Starting in May and running every weekend until September 15th, NJ TRANSIT is headed to Monmouth Park Racetrack with a great discount package. Beginning this Saturday, May 11, NJ TRANSIT customers can take North Jersey Coast Line trains to Monmouth Park Station on days when the track is open for live racing during the 2024 season.

NJ TRANSIT’s Monmouth Park Package, which includes round-trip transportation, general admission and an official racing program, costs only the price of the round-trip fare plus $3.50, a total savings of $6.50 off the face value if purchased separately.

Purchase the package from a Ticket Vending Machine (TVM) or any NJ TRANSIT train station ticket office, excluding Atlantic City Rail Line stations. Monmouth Park Packages cannot be purchased on board trains or with the NJ TRANSIT Mobile App.

NJ TRANSIT rail service to Monmouth Park will operate on the following days:

  • Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays: May 11 through September 15
  • Fridays: June 21 thru August 23

And don’t forget about all that Monmouth Park has to offer!  All of your favorite events and festivals have returned, including Family Fun Day every Sunday, 12-4 p.m. from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend, plus other select event days with bounce houses, pony rides, face painters and more! Plus, coolers are allowed in the picnic area.  Enjoy great on-site dining at Blu Grotto Ristorante and the Beer Garden at Blu Grotto. Dine trackside at a number of different indoor and outdoor locations. The Caesars Sportsbook at Monmouth Park is open seven days a week.
